fen sighed...
fen:"do you know who dertah is? the 'famous' dertah?"
leo:"yeah, he's that bastard who made modeerf into the
hellhole it is. you should know."
fen:"he's my uncle."
leo:"your--? that would mean you're part of the 'royal'
bloodline. how come they keep trying to murder you?"
fen:"because i'm a nuisance to uncle. i'm such a threat in his eyes. i, and you, know he's insane. i am ashamed to
even know him, leo."
leo:"but you and him are different people fen. you were not the one who has done such terrible
deeds to our homeland. you are fen."
fen:"thank you. anyways, a few months, my brother had tracked me down. he said he knew i wasn't dead. he tried to
convince me to come back with him i refused and he kidnapped me. for one thing, my uncle said he was glad. but a few days
later, it was revealed that i was to be wedded with princess narcissica."
leo:"the majesty narcissica, princess of
fairies?"
fen:"yes. mostly it was to be a political union between mororians and fairies. basically, they gave us use
of their magic and we in turn leave their people alone. it was something alright."
fen:"i was shocked. i had to marry someone i had never met before. someone who was so vain and so... hostile. i cried
myself to sleep the night i found out."
