fen:"well, i can see why you like to hang out here. it's so peaceful and calm here."
griffin:"how the heck did you find this place? even flick doesn't know about this place."
fen:"i have a good
sense of direction, so to speak. can i sit?"
griffin:"whatever."
fen:"heh, the effects of the drought is starting to show."
griffin:"it's prettier when this is full of water,
you know. do you have a brother?"
fen:"only one. his name is dylus crokin. he's about 9 years older than me. was always my father's fav, being the strong,
tough warrior man always wanting to fight and kill his enemies. haven't seen him since i was seven, when he left for the army.
i
was more interested in becoming a doctor, saving others and help delivering life into the world. i couldn't tell one end of
a sword from the other. but my father was adamant that i became a soldier. heh, it's funny to think that parents must think
we're mini versions of them to be molded into their hopes and dreams."
griffin:"well, my father was the same. to fight is to be strong and all that.
leo was what kept me sane. he
helped me get through the intense training. he was the one who took the blame for my shortcomings. he was someone i could
tell my secrets to and one to seek guidance from. but i feel like i don't know him anymore. he has changed and i dunno if
that's good or not."
